This is a selection of the systems that we have built over the last couple of years to meet our client requirements.
Sapling Learner Management System.
Built for an Apprentice Training Provider Sapling manages the Learner Journey from start to finish. API’s pull data from document management; dashboards track and predict learner progress.
We have been involved in multiple iterations of the build of this system from its original inception as a simple MS Access based system 20 years ago to the enterprise level cloud based system in use today.
Sapling Learner Portal
The Learner Portal was designed to work with the Sapling LMS.
It gives Learners and Tutors the ability to upload work, record training events and complete course registers in a secure environment.
As with the latest iteration of Sapling the solution is bespoke, cloud hosted for the customer.
Client Marketing Website
This was actually a development for one of our business coaching clients. They needed a simple website that could be used to showcase their brand; and as is always the way when you are a start-up they had a limited budget and not much time.
We worked with them to put the words and pictures together for this site which we then built using Squarespace.
The site is still in use today with some great new content from the companies marketing team.
Bespoke Telemarketing CRM System
This complex CRM system was built for another of our consulting clients. We took this project from a complete analysis of the existing business processes through to building and deploying a bespoke Telemarketing CRM.
As with many of the other projects on this page the solution uses a combination of WordPress, cloud hosting and bespoke coding to achieve a solution that delivers a high level of usability. These systems are designed as back office systems that can be used to manage workflow and provide sophisticated client analytics from quality data.
Bespoke Analytics Platform
This bespoke system displays the data from another of our applications as an end user analytics portal. The website manages user access to data and displays the information collected by the source package using various graphical and mapping techniques.
The clarity of the information and the overall performance of the website are key to making this application useful to potential clients.
Hardware And Software Combined
This project involved finding a way to deploy a piece of Windows software in a hostile environment. Creating a touch screen based version of Windows software package that could be used on an offline device.
We analysed the problem, designed a technical solution, working with CAD engineers to build prototype devices that could be tested in the field.
All with the aim of creating a commercially viable product.
